Senior System Analysts (Dongguan Data Processing Center)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the design, development and deployment of business data applications to support BPO operations
  2. Manage the programming for data entry and database applications
  3. On-going R&D and refinement of in-house data application framework and C-Sharp application libraries
  4. Work together with international business teams from U.S.A., HK and China in process mapping and IT solution definition
Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Diploma in Statistics, Computer Science or IT related discipline
  • At least 5 years data analysis and/or development experience of which 3 years are of solid hands-on development experience in one of the following computer applications:
      • Experience in Dot Net platform is a pre-requisite
      Managing C-Sharp development will be an added advantage
      Experience using database such as MS SQL, MySQL
  • At least 2 years experience as team leader at any of the stages of the system development life cycles including analysis and design, programming, system testing and UAT
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Enjoy working with international customers and traveling overseas for periodic support placements
  • Result-oriented, well-organized, detailed and sensitive to data accuracy
  • Motivated by meeting timelines and customer satisfaction
  • 4-5 days stationed in Dongguan Data Processing Center per week is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as a System Analyst
