Ronald is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in Information Technology, Business Process Improvement and Knowledge Management.  He is a keen initiator and innovator of the BPO market.  After 25 years’ working in the IT industry, Ronald set up Lifewood Data, a joint venture with a US partner offering BPO solutions to major customers in various industries around the world.  With his in-depth industry experience, he has been able to combine his innovative spirit with practical knowledge of the market to fashion Lifewood Data as a “Knowledge Factory.” 

Prior to setting up Lifewood Data, Ronald worked as top management in various industries including IT, telecommunications, banking, electronics, consulting and training,   He was the Executive Director of a sizable international telecom and electronic industry joint venture between listed companies in Hong Kong and Japan.  Additionally, he has served as the General Manager of a quasi-government organization, as well as various large technology firms in the areas of product development and consulting.
