 This paper is describing one of the successful cases that Lifewood acts as the BPO partner for a client whose core business activities is Purchasing Order Processing. Through the narrative details, we will highlight our capabilities in handling Purchase Order Processing job or any other related jobs that required searching for various database fields from the original image to map with client’s EDI requirement.

First Challenge was to create a system workflow that can receive images remotely and submit those captured data within 30 minutes.

Second Challenge was to handle not standard forms, various PO forms and capture more than 56 fields within the set time frame.
