Sharing BPO Concepts with the MBA students of Brigham Young University

The MBA students of Brigham Young University visited Lifewood’s BPO Centre in Dongguan, China.

After joining the Twelfth Annual Computerized Genealogy Conference at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah, Lifewood hosted 12 BYU MBA students during their visit to Lifewood’s BPO Centre in 2009. During the students’ visit on May 4, 2009, Lifewood was able to demonstrate its data processing operations and well-equipped facilities, and also explained how the company’s efficiency and focus have enabled it to deliver the services at competitive prices for its customers.

The BYU students were impressed by Lifewood’s management concepts, which not only combine lean management system with China’s human assets, but also engage Hong Kong’s international business style and Lifewood’s global network in order to deliver BPO results for organizations around the world.

Lifewood was pleased to share many management insights with the BYU students during the visit and welcomes the exchange of ideas with other organizations.
